Agreement Description
This Boarding Agreement outlines the terms, policies, and expectations for services provided by Peach State Pup Care. By booking with us, you agree to our procedures regarding payment, cancellations, emergency care, and daily pet updates. We provide a safe, structured, and loving home environment with 24/7 support and veterinary access up to $15,000. Our terms cover liability, confidentiality, privacy, booking modifications, and our right to refuse or terminate services as needed. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of your pet’s stay with us.
Terms
Payment
A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining 50% due at pick-up. Full payment must be completed by. pickup or prior to. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, and approved digital payments, Venmo, and Zelle.
Payment refund
If Peach State Pup Care cancels a booking, clients will receive a 100% refund plus a $50 credit toward a future booking.
If the client cancels:
• 48+ hours before drop-off: 100% refund
• Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
No-shows or failure to notify may result in forfeiture of 50% of the booking amount.
Confidentiality
All personal and pet-related information shared with Peach State Pup Care is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing safe and quality pet care. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

Abandonment Clause
If a pet is not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled departure and no contact has been made, the pet may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to transfer the pet to animal control or rehome at our discretion. Owners are liable for all associated costs.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hall County.
Modification of Bookings
We don’t charge fees for changes to bookings. Additional days will be billed at the normal daily rate. If you shorten your stay by more than one day with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the dropped day’s rate may still apply. All changes are subject to availability.
Service modification
We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified of changes before future bookings. Changes will not affect current active bookings unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Limitation of liability
Peach State Pup Care is not liable for:
• Minor injuries (e.g., scratches, sprains) resulting from normal pet behavior
• Pre-existing health conditions not disclosed at booking
• Reactions to client-provided food, medication, or toys
• Natural disasters, emergencies, or events beyond our control
Our liability for emergency vet care is limited to $15,000, subject to our emergency reimbursement policy.
Resolving disputes
Any disputes related to services rendered will first attempt to be resolved through good-faith communication. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, with jurisdiction in Hall County.
Right to terminate
Peach State Pup Care reserves the right to terminate services at any time, including mid-booking, if a pet exhibits aggression, poses a health risk to others, or if any part of this agreement is violated. In such cases, the owner is responsible for immediate pick-up and any incurred expenses.
Media Release
Photos and videos of pets in our care may be used for marketing unless the client submits a written(text or email) opt-out request during the booking.
Updates During Stay
We will comment to keep you updated with photos and messages of your pet’s stay while in our care.
Misrepresentation of Material Facts
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their pet(s) prior to the commencement of any services. This includes, but is not limited to:
Breed and size of the dog(s)
Behavioral history, including any history of aggression, anxiety, escape attempts, destruction of property, or reactivity toward humans or animals
Medical history, including known health conditions, allergies, and any history of communicable diseases
Vaccination status, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella (kennel cough)
Failure to disclose material facts—whether by omission or misrepresentation—may result in:
Immediate termination of services, without refund
Refusal of future bookings
Financial liability for any damages or costs incurred due to withheld or inaccurate information
Reporting to local authorities (if applicable) If a pet is found to be unvaccinated or poses a danger to others, and the client fails to retrieve the pet immediately upon request, we reserve the right to notify appropriate animal control or public safety authorities as necessary to protect the safety of people and animals on the property.
We take the safety of all pets, children, and individuals in our care environment seriously. Providing false or incomplete information undermines that safety and violates the terms of this agreement.
